    This year marks the 5th Anniversary of a musical journey that began in 2016. During that period I have released, on average, one composition a month for 60 months. To celebrate, I am releasing today a compendium that collects the best of Sly Blue Sound's releases between 2016-2021:

    “Splitlevel: Stories from Sky Blue Sound”

    I’ve been lucky to have had some stellar help along the way, with guest contributions from writers, arrangers, vocalists, instrumentalists and mastering engineers, those of whom include Rachel Carey, Kevin Brady, Knight Berman Jr, Lito Vales, Jeff Salem, David Gregory, Rob Grover, Justin Colleti, Chris Griffin, and filmmakers Laurie Garner and Chris Mills. Thank you all for your contributions to the work that comprises this collection. 🙏🏻 🥂🖤

    ⏱ 24 tracks clocking in at 79 minutes. It’s a pretty good collection of stories that chronicles one family’s transition from Brooklyn to Atlanta. Most tracks were composed, arranged, performed, produced, and mixed right here from my studio perch abutting our home in Decatur, GA.
